Work.
I'm a product and design leader who owns the whole experience, from strategy and roadmap to craft. I build the teams, set the direction, and stay hands-on, now working AI-native and shipping in real code.
Two pieces below go deep: the org I built at a fintech that scaled past $1B, and how I actually work today. A few more show the range.
